What: Service Design for Entrepreneurs - Process and Practice workshop

When: 26th October 9 am to 12 noon (plus networking lunch 12 noon – 1 pm)

Where: Sofia Helsinki

The workshop and the networking lunch are free for the participants of the workshop.

The workshop is for migrant entrepreneurs who want to learn service design principles, process and practice. The focus is on easily implemented tried and tested methods for each phase of the service design process. The learning will be applied to cases where the participants have a chance to develop actual services targeted for entrepreneurs based on customer understanding and co-creation. The cases of the workshop are provided by Mikro- ja yksinyrittäjät ry (MYRY) and Suomen yrittäjät.

The workshop is organised by Laurea University of Applied Sciences as part of the project Green Transition, Resilience and Digitalisation of SMEs (REACT, Southern Finland). The project is a unique, year-long project combining the best expertise of nine Finnish universities of applied sciences. The aim is to support the green transition, resilience and digitalisation in small and medium-sized enterprises. The project is funded by the European Social Fund with REACT-EU funding, as part of the measures implemented by the European Union due to the covid-19 pandemic.
