The purpose of the Jotpa 2.0 project (From practical nurse to nurse learning on the job) is to develop and pilot an operating model to enable students with a background in practical nursing to study nursing alongside work. The aim is: 1) To enable continuous learning and to develop and pilot different ways of studying alongside work so that people who are employed can continue working during their studies. 2) To develop new kinds of pedagogical solutions and new operating methods for more efficient identification and recognition of students' prior learning and for the studification of work so that it is possible to complete studies and related internships better alongside work than before. 3) Develop new cooperation models for cooperation between the educational organisation, working life and the student. In addition, the project collects information on the costs incurred by the education provider, the employer and the student for studies completed alongside work.
