Hyvän hanketyön anatomia ('The Anatomy of Good Project Work') project supports higher education RDI project workers, promotes interaction among them, and thereby increases the impact of projects. Consisting of podcasts, a card set, a webinar and articles, the project's outcomes aim to bring out the best practices of project work in a clear and concise manner. The project is based on existing research and experiential knowledge from working life and project work.

The Anatomy of Good Project Work (Hyvän hanketyön anatomia) is a project specifically designed for RDI (Research, Development, and Innovation) professionals in higher education, but it also offers valuable insights for other project management professionals. The goal of 'The Anatomy of Good Project Work' is to enhance team interaction and increase the impact of projects by providing practical tools based on research and experiential knowledge.
As its name suggests, 'The Anatomy of Good Project Work' delves deeply into the core of project work, highlighting the importance of team interaction and psychological safety in achieving project success. This approach is particularly beneficial for RDI projects in higher education, which are often conducted by teams composed of members from different organizations and may experience high staff turnover.
The outcome of this project is a comprehensive content package that distills research-based knowledge and best practices to support effective project work. The eight-part podcast series follows the lifecycle of a project step by step, with blog posts providing in-depth analysis of each episode. The 'Anatomy of Good Project Work' card deck offers inspiration and practical tools for team-building, maintaining motivation, and ensuring a smooth project closure.
The resources produced by 'The Anatomy of Good Project Work' can be widely utilized not only in higher education but also in the third sector and other fields, and they are freely available under open licenses. The ultimate aim is to help more projects achieve their goals and deliver impactful results.
