I work as a Project officer in Laurea’s UNIK project. My work focuses on utilizing lived-experience expertise and supporting young people in desistance from crime. I am involved in development work aimed at creating and implementing experience-based operational models. The goal is to strengthen effective, human-centered practices in supporting young people.
