VALIOT - Vastuullisuus- ja liiketoimintaosaamisen vahvistaminen pk- ja startup-yritysten henkilöstölle -project targeted SMEs and startups operating in the Uusimaa, Päijät-Häme, and South Karelia regions. The VALIOT project planned and implemented three courses (responsible business, responsible recruitment, and responsible commercialization and sales) to strengthen the responsibility skills of SME and startup company personnel. The courses provided tools and methods that participants could incorporate into their companies' everyday operations and development. These university-level courses earned participants 5 credits per course upon completion. The training was organized as independent study combined with remote meetings.
