The OSATTU project empowers small and medium-sized logistics companies to enhance workplace well-being and boost productivity by engaging the entire staff in meaningful development work. Through the project, companies will build a culture of participatory leadership, strengthen employee involvement and sense of agency, and adopt a long-term model for developing a healthier, more productive working life.
