Monitoimijainen sosiaalityö vankilasta vapautuvan tukena digitalisoituvassa yhteiskunnassa
The research project ”Multiagency social work to support clients released from prison in a digitalizing society' (VAPAA) aims to find out, how multiagency social work can support clients who are released from prison (Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, VTR funding, 2024-2025). This question is approached from the perspectives of effective methods found in previous studies, social work professional experience, experts by experience, and models developed in municipalities and Wellbeing services counties. The project is led by Laurea University of Applied Sciences and University of Eastern Finland is a partner in the research project as well as the wellbeing services county of North Savo and the wellbeing services county of Vantaa and Kerava.

The Multiagency social work to support clients released from prison in a digitalizing society project investigates how multiagency social work can support clients with a history of crime during their release from prison (Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, VTR funding, 2024-2025). This question is approached from the perspectives of effective methods found in previous studies, social work professional experience, experts by experience, and models developed in municipalities and Wellbeing services counties. The research is carried out in collaboration between Laurea University of Applied Sciences, the University of Eastern Finland, as well as Wellbeing services counties of Vantaa and Kerava and North Savo.
