ModESPar - Modernización de la Educación Superior en Paraguay

The overall objective of the ModESPar project is to promote the modernization of Paraguay’s higher education system by developing quality models, mechanisms, and tools that are aligned with internationalization processes. The development focuses in particular on degree structures in higher education, the credit system, and the competency requirements for higher education instructors.
