Generative artificial intelligence (AI) offers many opportunities for workplaces; however, its implementation may be hindered by factors such as skills gaps, uncertainty regarding appropriate use cases, and doubts about its potential benefits. The Human-centric AI Actions in Workplaces (AI-askelia) initiative seeks to address these challenges by collaboratively developing, together with workplaces, a comprehensive model for Human-centric AI Actions supported by practical tools. The objective is to enable organizations to adopt generative AI in a structured, responsible, and purposeful manner that also promotes employee well-being.
