The project aims to create a network collaboration model to meet the needs of caregivers in the Central Uusimaa wellbeing area (Keusote). The network collaboration model seeks to provide services more equitably and specifically tailored to the diverse needs of caregivers, alongside the statutory duties of Keusote. The project is implemented in cooperation with Keusote, Laurea University of Applied Sciences, and the caregivers' associations of Central Uusimaa and Hyvinkää.
