Clinical leadership in nursing education
Clinical leadership is an essential part of a nurse's role. The goal of the Clinical Leadership in Nursing Education project is to develop a conceptual framework for clinical leadership in nursing and to make it a visible and integral part of nursing education curricula. The ultimate aim is to strengthen the nursing profession and enhance the safety and efficiency of care.
