The CeMeWE project discovers ways to support the employment of immigrant women in Finland, Sweden, Estonia and Latvia. This project aims to increase the employability of immigrant women who face individual, domestic, and societal barriers. The project's objective is to work closely with the immigrant women in order to provide a codeveloped model that helps the participants understand their employment opportunities, increase their skills, and receive mentoring support to secure employment. The cross-border collaboration between partners with complementary expertise ensures that the project will strengthen the impact and guarantee sustainability of the developed solutions.
