Laurea is committed to ensure that the chatbot Pii is accessible to all users equally, taking into account any limitations that may affect its use.

The chatbot's chat panel is designed in accordance with WCAG 2.2 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). Adhering to these standards helps to ensure that the chatbot is accessible to the largest possible range of users.
