International networks

PIONEER-alliance for students

In the PIONEER alliance, students are at the heart of activities and are involved in building a new, European way to learn and collaborate.

Practical benefits and opportunities of the PIONEER alliance for students

More diverse and tailored studies

PIONEER offers the possibility to choose how and where to study – courses can also be taken at other European universities, online or during an exchange. The student’s own initiative, together with guidance for studies and career planning, supports learning and helps the student build a study path that matches their interests.

International skills and networks

Language and cultural skills as well as the ability to work with diverse people develop during the studies. The student becomes part of international networks that will be useful in further studies and working life.

Workplace-oriented learning and future skills

The studies are linked to current themes and the needs of working life, especially from the perspective of sustainable development. The student understands how to utilise and further develop the skills learned in practice.

Students in European alliance cooperation

Students participate in PIONEER alliance activities. Their experiences support the development of teaching and learning at universities. At the same time, students can network with the student communities of partner universities.
