Leading Transformational Change
This program is for the student with an independent mindset, who wants to influence and change the surrounding world. We seek to build champions that can act in pivotal positions in organizational transformation projects or in changing networked environments. These individuals have broad skill sets, come from various backgrounds and are good communicators. They have experience in projects and are interested in developing both their research and development skills.
The compulsory studies (30 ects credits) will all be available completely online. The courses will consist of courses focusing on consumer behavior and brands, the Nudge – influencing individual and group behavior, modelling laws, the digital economy, digital marketing and living in a changing world – an international perspective.
The amount of online master level courses in English provided by both Laurea and other Universities of Applied Sciences is continuously increasing. The student can choose his/her elective courses from this common offering and include some international offering in his/her elective studies. The student can also register for elective on campus courses and, language skills permitting, available in Finnish. The student is encouraged to include courses on how to do research and on how to develop in his/her elective courses.
