Service Design Sprint is about developing new services within a short timeline. Ideas are implemented into hands-on solutions, using methods from service design, innovative problem solving and rapid prototyping with experienced service designers. In Service Design Sprint, you will learn how to use service design tools in practical cases with brief introduction to theory.
Information about the Sprint
Service Design Sprint is a 2-day, hands-on workshop, where practicality meets theory. During the Sprint, participants are working together for 48 intensive hours to build new service solutions. Participants will move from ideas to concrete solutions using methods from service design, innovative problem solving and rapid prototyping with experienced service designers. We believe that within a small timeline and with the strong guidance and tools the best ideas are invented.

Content and results
The Sprint includes a 2-day workshop to solve challenges with stakeholders. All the work is done by using service design methods, such as Service Logic Business Model Canvas, CoCo Cosmos and prototyping tools. As a result, participants will learn to create value from the customer's perspective and how to build new service solutions by using various service design methods. Participants get to experience the entire process of developing new services in a brief period of time, aiming to develop prototypes of new services.
