International weeks at Laurea
Laurea organises International weeks on different campuses with different profiles yearly. Information about the weeks is gathered on this page and updated regularly.
Laurea International Week 2017
The Laurea International Week 2017 will be organised 3-7 April 2017 on the campuses of Lohja, Porvoo and Hyvinkää. Both teaching and non-teaching staff are welcome to participate on the week.
Teaching staff are invited to give lectures on the following fields of study:
- Business Management, e.g.
Communication in English
- Customer-centered business development and marketing
- Entrepreneurship and innovations
- Wellbeing as competitive advanage
- Developing e-services
- B2B Customer Relations &
- Nursing, e.g.
for Health Promotion and Wellbeing
- Family nursing
- Leadership in nursing
- Developing services to promote health and wellbeing
- Social Services, e.g.
in Social Services
Non-teaching staff are invited from the following fields of work:
- Student Affairs / Education Planning
- Library / Information and publication services
- International Affairs

Please note that we are able to take only a limited number of participants, we will inform about the selections in February.

Laurea International Week 2016
Laurea International Week with the theme "Crossing Borders" was organised on 18-22 April 2016 on the campuses of Kerava and Tikkurila. The week iwas intended for both teaching and non-teaching staff.

- Digi services: people
who deal with virtual education, online courses, digital pedagogy and
support services related to them in their work
- Information and publication services: people who work in libraries and/or deal with publishing activities in their work
- International affairs: people who deal with international affairs in their work
