The aim in this national project is to develop guidance and counselling skills of tecahers and guidance and welfare practitioners. The goal is that each educational stage will acquire future-oriented approaches in the guidance and counselling provision including new scenarios of working-life. The new approaches will be created to enhance students' ability to assess their comptences and interests and readiness for educational and employment opportunities.
