ServBis – transferring service knowledge and competences to SMEs – aims to develop, test, and disseminate practical tools that ease small and medium sized firms (SMEs) to adopt a service business approach and mindset. The purpose of the project is to increase understanding of SMEs’ challenges in transforming their businesses to service dominant logic. There is a need to understand what kind of challenges SMEs meet when transforming their business to service dominant logic.
