In the Global Service Jam, from 27th of February to 1st of March, small teams in locations all over the world will be working together for 48 intensive hours to build entirely new service solutions.
Service Jam is about developing new services. Diverse teams will move from ideas to hands-on solutions using methods from service design, innovative problem solving, and rapid prototyping – with experienced service designers on hand to help. Service Jam is not lectures or seminars but learning by doing – and having fun!
Everybody is welcome to join! All you need is an open mind, an interest in developing services, and a willingness to roll-up your sleeves!
