Open Call in H2020 funded SHAPES project in active and healthy ageing and independent living theme
SME’s and organisations in multiple challenges
The SHAPES open calls aim to promote innovation by identifying challenges within the SHAPES pilot sites and inviting SME’s and all EU organisations that are eligible to EC funding under the rules of H2020 to meet these challenges with innovative solutions that can be integrated into the SHAPES Platform in support of active and healthy ageing and independent living.

The SHAPES open calls provide opportunities for organisations to integrate their solutions in a large ecosystem at European level.
Total budget of €500,000.
Subject to the eligibility criteria being met, at least once proposal will be funded per challenge, up to €50,000 per project. Other amounts may be accepted if sufficiently justified.
Deadline: Proposals must be submitted before the 28th of February 2021 at 17:00 CET

Laurea is a partner in a large H2020 funded project: The Smart & Healthy Ageing through People Engaging in Supportive Systems (SHAPES) Innovation Action, which intends to build, pilot and deploy a large-scale, EU-standardised open platform. The integration of a broad range of technological, organisational, clinical, educational and societal solutions seeks to facilitate long-term healthy and active ageing and the maintenance of a high-quality standard of life. Mediated by technology, in-home and local community environments interact with health and care (H&C) networks contributing to the reduction of H&C costs, hospitalisations and institutional care.
