iEER project boosts young entrepreneurship

iEER project partners met in Valencia, Spain in September.

iEER is an Interreg Europe funded flagship project bringing together 10 regions around Europe. Initiated by a group of regions awarded with the European Entrepreneurial Region label, iEER will define smart paths and solutions to boost regional entrepreneurship ecosystems supporting young entrepreneurs.

The iEER project is led by the Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Council and Laurea University of Applied Sciences is one of the project partners in Finland.

In September three Universities of Applied Sciences Laurea, Metropolia and Haaga-Helia from Helsinki-Uusimaa region took part in the iEER project camp in Valencia. Together they agreed to move forward with piloting the “train the trainers” concept in their organisations.
