Master of Health Care, Health promotion

Studying in Master Degree Programme in Health Promotion is for those who are developers and innovators and who are willing to encounter new professional challenges and expertise for developing Health Promotion of clients and their families in various environments. The focus is on modern and innovative methods, research, development and innovations in eHealth and entrepreneurship in the context of Health Care and Social Welfare.

The purpose of the Master of Health Care Programme is to investigate, develope, produce and evaluate new client driven eHEALTH Services.

Learning process in Master of Health Care Programme is based on Learning by developing –model (LbD). Students plan their own studies through the thesis process and based on Personal Curriculum.

• Enterpreneurship in Health and Social Welfare 15 cr

• Learedship and Management in Designing eHealth Services 15cr

• Innovative Research Methods 15 cr

• Thesis 30 cr

Bachelor of Health Care: Nurse or Public Nurse, Bachelor of Social Services or Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience acquired after graduation
