Laurea Hyvinkää is an innovative learning environment that trains nurses, experts in social services and professionals in business administration. Hyvinkää also offers the Master of Health Care degree.

The campus has advanced teaching methods, a multidisciplinary network of employer contacts, international partners, development projects and innovative learning environments that support the students' development into experts and that generate competence for developing the private, public and third sectors.
The Laurea Medical and Care Simulation Centre utilises the latest developments in wireless simulation technology for investigating and developing processes, customer orientation and cost efficiency in business and public services. The occupational health lab offers diverse possibilities for learning about and developing preventive and rehabilitating occupational welfare together with various customer groups.
The Peer to Peer (P2P) model in Business Administration consists of studies carried out entirely through development projects, in close collaboration with operators and mentors from the sector.
